NOTE:  Only the instructor of the course can enroll others users!  If you are not the lead instructor, please discuss with them first!

If you would like to enroll other users into your course, follow the steps below:

  1. Locate Users and Groups under the Course Management section of your Blackboard course.

  2. Click Users

  3. Hover over the Enroll User chevron and select Find Users to Enroll

  4. If you know the username to enroll, type in the box provided.  Select the appropriate Role to provide for the course and press Submit.

  5. If you do not know the username to enroll:
    • Click the Browse... button
    • Search user by Username, Email address, or First and Last name
    • Once you locate the user to enroll, select the checkbox next to the user's account and click Submit.

The user should now be enrolled in your course!

NOTE:  To remove a user from your course, follow the same steps listed above, except check the box beside the user's name and select the "Remove User From Course" action.
